If you don’t hop off the Big Bus, the Stanley/Aberdeen route takes 2 hours (to and from Central.)
I hopped off at Stanley Beach and hung out for an hour. Took these:
Then on to Aberdeen, which is known as “Hong Kong Minor”. I’m totally serious. (Chelsea, that’s for you.)
The 25-minute Sampan ride was also included in my Big Bus Tour. Janice (I named her secretly) here boated me around to see the floating village of the Tanka people (which – I didn’t realize at the time – is exactly what the cab driver was talking about last night.)
