Being Evelyn’s (my sister’s) substitute for Taco Day turned out to be delicious! And Chelsea proved to be a wild woman behind the camera. The other gal is Samantha, founding member of Taco Day (every Thursday at Wheatsville Coop.) Evelyn couldn’t make it because some B was being a B at work and yadda yadda she couldn’t come out.
