Here’s a bike I shot from my tour bus through Lima last week. What do you make of it? Why is no one stealing it? (Is it chained up? I can’t tell from here…)

Lima weather’s perfect for bikes – it never rains. Ironically, I bet more people don’t bike here because the traffic’s so bad. Each commute would surely be a brush with death!
