It was actually Tina Fey (playing Palin) who said, “I can see Russia from my house!” What Palin said – “You can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska” – while insignificant, is at least accurate.
But forget all that, that’s Indonesia there yonder! The fires from Indonesia usually make the harbor to hazy to see across, but not today! According to the distance key here, it’s about 10 miles away. The “A” pin here is Rob’s place, a.k.a. “my house”.
