This morning, the same sun that had recently set in Austin, TX served as my backlight here in Singapore. See others’ entries from this week’s photo challenge here.

When I lived in Germany in the late 1990’s, a (handwritten) letter to my sister would take a week or more to get to the states. Nowadays, we can talk as easily, cheaply and often as when I lived in Ohio. I love video chat!
